Only one third of Canadian sports organizations have gender equity and diversity implementation plans, and while the MLS has made greater strides than most other North American leagues, Toronto FC was looking to do more. The TFC Women In Soccer Fellowship is designed to help be part of that change -giving women with vision a holistic view of Toronto FC's business and the insights required to become the sport leaders of tomorrow. We designed an identity and microsite to support the Toronto FC and BMO initiative, which highlighted the current women of the TFC organization re-interpreted some of the teams core brand elements into new disruptive ways to symbolize the challenging of social norm.
